A Bitty Biography:

Cáit was born on January 4, 1988 in Sióg, Co. Maycomb, a little south of Central Inis, and a little west of Peatbog on the coastline. Sióg is a costal town with a population of about 1,500 souls, including Cáit's medium-sized family which consists of Aiobh, Cáit's older sister (by five years), and twin older siblings named Seámus and Fiona, who are off to college in Oxboro University in Inis.

Sióg is mainly a fishing industy with rolling moors, and acres of supposed enchanted forest, which inhabits the Sióg (SHE-og) or Fairies. Cáit's house has sat on the same forested land for over two-hundred years, and the nearest neighbor isn't near at all! Cáit's best friend is Aubrey Marie Radley, who moved from Sióg to Inis two years ago, and has visited frequently. She has been in ballet for eight years, and has tried to get Cáit to join, but it didn't work out.

Cáit joined Scottish Highland, excelled, but quit when Aiobh went to Nationals in Irish. Cáit was eight at the time. She started Irish Step Dance three months later, signing up with Scoil Rince na Webfeis, and has loved every minute of it, especially her first WebOireachtas, and getting her solo dress! Cáit made the switch to Damhsa in 2002. Seámus does Irish as well, and so does Fiona, both of which have been in the top ten and twenty at Worlds.
